Terry von Bibra
+30 years experience focused on Digital Transformation, Omnichannel, Marketplaces, advertising and China B2C. He helped build the European presence of Amazon and Alibaba. His work has ranged from creating and scaling Online Marketing channels to building Marketplaces to guiding European brands to connect with the Chinese consumer. He began his career as a commercial photographer and later led Yahoo’s EMEA Advertising Marketplace. He also led Omnichannel at the German retailer Karstadt.

Andy Byrd
Andy has successfully worked in the development of brands and businesses through all channels of communication. He was the youngest Director of D’Arcy Masius in 1984, as Client Services Director and later as Deputy Managing Director. In 1997 he was appointed to the EU Board of DMB&B where he ran business development for the EMEA region, looking after global brands including Mars, McDonalds, Philipps, Texaco. After the Publicis acquisition of DMB&B, he joined its London Board to run accounts including Gallaher, Nobel Biocare and Ericsson worldwide. Since 2009 he is acting as an advisor for companies including Mark Warner Holidays, Sportyard, Bravo6 (chairman), SportStylist, Bilbary (non-exec director), Recipe (chairman).
